Share Your Love Story with Hambanathisa
Hambanathisa exists to give hope that real love exists. Sometimes the most convincing proof is a real person’s story: love found after hurt, a heart that healed, or a relationship that made it through a hard season. If you’d like to share yours, I’d be glad to hear it.
Stories I’m looking for
- Finding love after heartbreak
- Healing from a painful relationship or breakup
- A relationship that survived a difficult time
- Something you learned about love that you wish you’d known sooner
How it works
- Email me. Send a short summary, a few paragraphs, or just rough notes. It doesn’t need to be polished.
- I’ll reply. I read every story and answer as soon as I can, though it may take some time. I can’t publish everything.
- I write it up. If your story fits, I’ll write it in your own words as closely as I can. I may edit for length and clarity, but I won’t add details you didn’t give me.
- You approve it. You see the draft before anything is published. You can ask for changes or withdraw it completely.
- I publish it with your privacy protected. Stories appear under a first name or a pen name, with identifying details changed.
What I need from you
- You are 18 or older.
- The story is true and from your own experience.
- You confirm by email that you give permission for it to be published.
You keep the rights to your story. By sharing it, you give me permission to publish it on this site, and you can ask me to remove it at any time.
How I protect you and the people in your story
- I never publish surnames, workplaces, phone numbers, or specific locations.
- I change details that could identify you or anyone else, especially other people in your story.
- Nothing goes live without your written okay, and you can ask me to remove your story at any time.
- Every story is labeled clearly, for example: “Shared by a reader and written by Omunank. Details changed.”
What I won’t publish
I’ll decline stories that attack or name specific people, contain explicit content, or describe abuse in graphic detail. I may also decline a story if publishing it could put someone at risk, and that’s about safety, not a judgment of your experience.
A note about support
Sharing a story isn’t counseling, and I can’t give personal advice about your situation. If you’re hurting or in danger, please reach out to a professional or someone you trust.
Your privacy
I use your email only to reply and to confirm your permission, and I don’t share it. You can ask me to delete it at any time. See my Privacy Policy.
